Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable dental practice, Truly Dental Nine Elms. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated practice team alongside our Partner & Implant Specialist, Dr. Rudi Mukherjee
Last year, Dental Beauty Partners partnered with Truly Dental, a very reputable group predominantly located across Ireland. We opened our Nine Elms practice last year and the practice has gone from strength to strength, offering high quality general & specialist Dentistry. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
* Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
* Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role
* Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets
* Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
* Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance management
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* The successful candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, ideally with knowledge of specialist treatment/implants
* Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement
* Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient expeirence
* Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
* Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times
* Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
