Im working with a fast-growing technology business thats looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 12 years of IT/tech sales experience to join their expanding team.#
This role is perfect for someone whos already had exposure to tech sales and wants to take the next step, with a clear career path to Account Executive within 1218 months.
The Role:
As an SDR, youll focus on building pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Youll engage with senior IT decision-makers, understand their challenges, and create interest in innovative IT solutions that make a real impact.
Day-to-day, youll be:
* Prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate new leads
* Researching and mapping target accounts within the IT space
* Qualifying inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities
* Engaging with stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders
* Working closely with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities
* Supporting marketing campaigns, webinars, and events
What were looking for:
* 12 years experience in IT/tech sales, business development, or lead generation
* Confident in outbound prospecting and engaging decision-makers
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, resilient, and target-driven
* Ambitious, coachable, and eager to progress into an Account Executive role
