The Role: This is a hands-on, high-accountability leadership role for a technically proficient Director of Engineering who thrives in scale-up conditions. You'll oversee multiple globally distributed development teams spanning Java-based backend services, React front-end applications, full-stack systems, and QA automation, while also shaping product delivery, architecture, and engineering culture.
