We now have an exciting opportunity for friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality to join our friendly and customer focused team as a Housekeeping General Assistant.
Main duties include:
* Ensuring bedrooms are corridors are cleaned and serviced to the company standard.
* Change bed linen and make beds
* Replace used towels
* Sweep and mop floors
* Vacuum carpets
* Dust furniture
* Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
* Clean public areas, like corridors and hotel toilet areas
* Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
* Address guests' queries (e.g. on additional services)
* Help guests retrieve lost items
* Setting up sofa beds, zbeds and cots
* Follow hotel security guidelines
Although this role is predominantly working in bedrooms we would look to multi-skill you in other housekeeping area's should the opportunity arise.
Job type
This is a permanent position working 25 hours per week, 5 days of 5 hours, this will include weekend work.
Previous experience within a similar role is desirable although not essential as full training will be given.
