We are seeking a dedicated Civils Avoidance Operative to join our team. You’ll be part of a critical function focused on mitigating contractor dependencies, testing alternative routing solutions, and supporting cost minimisation across our project delivery. This role is essential to the success of the wider build team, helping to ensure smoother workflows, lower costs, and more efficient outcomes. avoidance strategies.

Responsibilities
* Compliant using internal app for onsite work
* Sending end of day reports to the team on outcomes
* Produce A55’s in consultation with fibre supervisor
* Locate blockages and establish clear routes.
* Pull in sub duct & cable in Openreach &PIA networks UG
Experience and skills
* Comfortable in using tablets/ apps for onsite work
* Jetting, preferred not required
* PIA network experience
* Have a strong civils background
* Experience of Openreach UG network
* Full UK driving licence, with no more than 6 penalty points and no bans within the last 12 months
