Associate Dentist or Locum Dentist opportunity – Diary stability, Implant Mentoring and demonstrated high private uptake

With a strong focus on clinical growth and ethical private patient conversion, this opportunity is ideal for Dentists looking to enhance both earnings and skillset, particularly in Facial Aesthetics, Invisalign, or Cosmetic Dentistry.
Associate Dentist:
* Part-Time role available – 3 days per week, flexible on which Monday to Friday
* Up to £13 per UDA (D.O.E.)
* Up to 3,500 UDAS available for allocation
* 45% split on private treatments completed (fee per item and plan offered in situ)
* Genuine potential to earn up to £35,000 from private cases – impressive conversion rates - can demonstrate this to you during interview
* Zoned private-only evenings or Saturdays available if preferred
* Excellent opportunity for professional development – strong learning culture within clinic
* Immediate start available
Locum Dentist:
* 2 days per week
* NHS focused position
* May 2026 start and ongoing
* NO TARGETS
* 25-30 UDAS booked per day approximately
* £15 per UDA – paid per UDA
* 45% split on any general private work completed

Private Potential and Support:
* Comprehensive support and training in upselling techniques

* Circa 180 - 200 New Private patients per month overall at the practice
* Demonstrated earnings of up to £35,000/month (part-time)
* Happy to demonstrate the above, and successes of this during interview
