Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in rail infrastructure to oversee drainage, utilities, and civil engineering projects across the Transport for London (TfL) and wider rail network. The role involves managing operational delivery, leading teams on site, and ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest rail industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, including railway standards and possession protocols.
2. Undertake site audits, inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reports to maintain safety across all activities.
3. Work closely with clients such as TfL, Network Rail, and other key rail stakeholders to deliver projects in line with contract KPIs and performance measures.
4. Oversee delivery teams to ensure all works meet required quality standards within the constraints of rail access windows, blockades, and possessions.
5. Manage project budgets, maximising revenue while maintaining tight cost control.
