* Deliver planned improvement, compliance, cyclical and refurbishment programme
* Provide surveying and contract management service
* Project manage external contractors in the delivery of planned, cyclical and improvement programme
* Budget monitoring and planning for the planned works
* Develop, support, and maintain relationships with team members, internal, and external stakeholder

About You
We are looking for a dedicated and a highly motivated individual to join our team who can provide planned maintenance surveying service to our Housing Technical Services department. We are looking for exceptional candidates with a range of skills including:
* Ability to prepare, clear and detail building specifications
* Knowledge of building defects and the ability to identify solutions and remedial works
* Project and Contract Management skill
* Experience of working within a Social Housing environment with experience of undertaking major works and maintenance projects and contract management
* Awareness of Health and Safety and compliant requirements including CDM regulations
* Educated to HND/HNC (or equivalent) in construction/building related discipline or similar
