This position calls for individuals with an enthusiastic and organised attitude. We may be about to create a new company, and the successful applicant will be invited to launch that business and to participate in its equity. The job could be part-time initially to enable the new recruit to learn how the existing business operates and help set up the new business. The job is based at our offices in the delightful village of Onich in South Lochaber. Lochaber is the Outdoor Capital of the UK. In the early days, the position will call for regularly assisting the managing director in administering the business, but eventually assume full control. The position could be part-time in the early days to enable the successful candidate to get to know the business and to learn about the new business, in which they may well be invited to take a stake. An important aspect of this position is that the successful candidate will assume control of all business activities, both present and planned. The salary being paid will reflect these responsibilities.
