About the role:
The Hogarth Health Club is now hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role which can be either a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in top talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious club in London and work closely with the Managing Director in attracting and developing industry-leading talent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
* Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
* Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media and industry-specific platforms.
* Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
* Track and report recruitment metrics to assess hiring effectiveness.
About you:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry.
* Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
* Experience working with hiring managers and external partners.
* Skilled in sourcing candidates via social media and professional networks.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics.
