How you’ll make a difference
This role acts as a technical service SME within the team responsible for the technical integration of defined services, providing second-level support, and deputising for the Senior Service Operations Manager. It serves as a link between business delivery and the technical solutions that support them, ensuring collaboration reflects the business rhythm and technology readiness.
