We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join their practice.
The role will include undertaking a range of valuation and surveying work, including Level 2 and 3, Red book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, help to buy and probate.

Working hours:

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
3. Basic salary between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
4. 10% Commission on personal net billings
5. OTE of £70,000 - £90,000

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
14. Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS-accredited degree or MRICS /FRICS qualifications
15. Strong track record in Surveying
16. Registered Valuer Status
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
17. Level 2 Surveys
18. Level 3 Surveys
19. Red Book Valuations
20. Bespoke Building Surveys
21. Private and Panel work
22. Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
23. Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out to deadlines
