The Role As our Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and delivering exceptional MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and high-end social events from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up Lead the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, private events, and social functions Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, F&B, Rooms Division, and external partners Ensure every event reflects the highest standards of luxury, creativity, and attention to detail Drive client satisfaction and repeat business through relationship management and service excellence Contribute to revenue growth through upselling opportunities and strategic planning
