Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop national client relationships

Lead client onboarding and ongoing service delivery

Support and develop the internal operations team

Resolve issues quickly and ensure SLAs are met

Improve processes and maintain high-quality reporting standards

Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
