£50,000 - £55,000 + Car allowance

We are seeking a mechanically oriented Manager to run regional contracts for a Mechanical and Electrical Facilities Services Company based in Bristol.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver service to existing sites and develop relationships to win new clients.
* Manage planned, reactive and responsive maintenance for client properties.
* Oversee and manage small/minor works projects with in‑house engineers and contractors.
* Manage supply chain, hiring, 1‑2‑1s and reviews.
Qualifications:
* Qualified in Commercial Gas or Mechanical HVAC background.
* Experience dealing with engineers and sub‑contractors.
