Driver Hire Colchester & Sudbury is part of the UK’s leading specialist logistics recruiter, supplying professional drivers and transport staff to businesses across the region. We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Sales Consultant to help grow our client base while delivering outstanding service to both candidates and customers.
The Role
As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will:
1. Proactively generate new business through B2B sales calls, client visits, and networking
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with local transport and logistics companies
3. Identify client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
4. Manage the full 360° recruitment process (sales, vacancy qualification, candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare)
5. Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
6. Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
What We’re Looking For
7. Previous experience in sales and recruitment in the logistics or industrial sector
8. Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
9. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-focused
10. Excellent organisational and time management skills
11. Full UK driving licence
12. Must be willing to participate in the on call phone rota
13. HGV Licence would be advantageous
