Join our friendly People Team at Walkers Deli & Sausage Co., where you'll play a key role in providing exceptional HR administration and supporting our entire employee lifecycle. Be the first point of contact for people queries across the business Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee contract changes Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring GDPR compliance Help coordinate leave processes (maternity/paternity, sickness, flexible working) Assist in recruitment administration and issuing contracts Keep our organisational chart and people data up to date The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
