T-Squared Social is a dynamic dining and social entertainment concept founded by Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake. Inspired by a shared passion for competition, great food, and nightlife, T-Squared Social creates vibrant spaces centered around sports simulators, darts, exceptional dining, and private events. With locations in Midtown Manhattan, St Andrews, and The Bahamas, and more in development, we are dedicated to providing welcoming spaces where people truly want to spend their time.


The Customer Experience Manager is the person on the floor making sure every guest in T-Squared Social St Andrews has a great time and wants to come back.


What we're looking for

Someone who thrives on people. Who loves being around guests, making their day event more special.


Great hospitality experience, at the sharp end, behind the bar on the floor, amongst the guests.

Calm under pressure.


Social media skills and presence a huge plus point.


Why this role matters

Most of what people remember about a night out is how they felt and how they were looked after. The food matters. The drinks matter. The space matters. But the difference between a good visit and a story they tell at home is almost always the people.

That’s the role.


What will you be doing

You are visible at every busy service. Welcome at the door, eyes on the room, ready to step in. You should become the most popular person in the town. Connected to every hotel, concierge and group visiting.


You greet regulars by name and remember what they had last time. New guests get a proper introduction to the venue rather than a script. You are there to make sure our guests have a great time and come back next time.


What you also own

Reviews and reputation. Reading them every day. Responding within 24 hours. Pulling out the patterns and bringing them back to the team.


The loyalty rhythm. Follow-ups, members, VIPs, returning families. The local marketing calendar, -partnerships, golf trips and more
