Multi Trade Carpenter (x1)
Location: Rushden and Surrounding
Contract: 7 months
Rate: Competitive
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided (work strictly within Rushden and surrounding areas)
What’s Involved
* Complete carpentry and basic plumbing repairs in social housing properties
* Work to turnaround deadlines with a focus on productivity and quality
* Collaborate with other trades and supervisors when needed
* Use smartphones/tablets to track and update job progress
* Deliver excellent customer service to clients and residents
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and safeguarding policies
What You’ll Need
* NVQ or equivalent qualification in Carpentry or Plumbing (or strong experience in the trade)
* Full UK driving licence (max 5 points, no bans in last 5 years)
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check
* Previous social housing experience (preferred, not essential)
