The Role:
We are now recruiting for a Working Site Foreman / with carpentry back ground to lead the delivery of residential extension and new build projects in Fulham
This is a hands-on role — all of our team lead by example on site. You will be expected to work alongside the team where required, while managing projects through to completion. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, managing materials, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of residential extension and new build projects
• Manage all aspects of projects from start to completion
• Work hands-on as part of the site team, leading by example
• Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors
• Manage site programme and day-to-day operations
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of quality and site presentation
Required Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience in residential construction (extensions and/or new builds)
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Comfortable working hands-on while managing a team
• Good knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Clear communication and professional approach on site

• Carpentry experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• Additional relevant construction qualifications
