Overview
We are seeking a proactive and approachable HR Advisor to join our dedicated HR team. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of operational HR work and strategic input, providing professional advice and support to managers and employees across the business.
The successful candidate will contribute across a broad range of HR activities and help drive positive outcomes for the business whilst ensuring that people practices remain fair, consistent, legally compliant and aligned with the Foundations goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the HR Administration Team with the production of onboarding information (contracts, offers, letters and occupancy agreements)
* Contribute to HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain accurate employee records and support HR reporting and compliance
* Provide professional advice and guidance on HR policies, employee relations and best practices
* Execute aspects of the Foundations absence management processes
* Attend colleague meetings to accurately document minutes and provide HR support
* Ensure HR systems are kept up-to-date and reviewed regularly to meet the needs of the business
About You
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR related role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied and changing workload
* Computer literate, including proficiency in the MS Office suite
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Good problem‑solving and logical thinking abilities
* Understanding of data protection, GDPR and the importance of maintaining confidentiality
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage
This is a full‑time permanent role, 35 hours per week. The hybrid working arrangement is three days in the office and two days working remotely, with Wednesday as the designated anchor day.
