We’re now looking for a Centre Director to lead our Leatherhead nursery, ensuring outstanding standards, compliance, and growth.
The Role
As Centre Director, you will:
* Strong leadership, mentoring, delegating and ability to inspire a team of early years professionals.
* Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.
* Manage nursery operations, including staffing, ratios and rotas.
* Drive occupancy, parent satisfaction, and financial performance.
* Build trusted relationships with families, staff, and external partners.
* Demonstrate ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to evolving business needs

About You
Essential:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing an early years setting.
* Proven success in leading a nursery rated Good or Outstanding.
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, child protection and health & safety.
* Leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
* Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
* Paediatric First Aid and safeguarding training.
Desirable:
* Experience in budget management and staff deployment.
* Coaching/mentoring experience.
* Degree in Early Childhood Studies, EYTT or QTS.
