* Managing the mail room, including sorting and distributing post
* Receiving and handling deliveries
* Ordering and maintaining stock of beverages and office supplies
* Supporting basic office equipment upkeep
* Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and well-prepared for use
* Adhoc duties as required.
