As the Civica undergoes a significant GTM transformation, this role will play a critical part in enabling the sales organisation to scale, adapt, and succeed in a rapidly evolving Go-To-Market environment.

In addition to driving strategic enablement initiatives, the role includes direct team management responsibilities, leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing enablement team to deliver measurable impact across the business.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of our commercial evolution ideal for someone passionate about sales excellence, enablement innovation, and building future-ready teams through both strategy and people development.

What you will do to be successful in this role:

* Lead, coach, and develop Sales Enablement team members
* Partner closely with Executive and Sales Leadership to understand evolving business needs, identify capability gaps, and deliver targeted enablement programs that drive measurable impact.
* Lead strategic sales enablement initiatives across the sales organisation
* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop high-quality content, onboarding experiences, and training programs that accelerate performance.
* Design and deliver a scalable Sales Enablement Strategy that supports Civica’s GTM transformation across all verticals, ensuring consistency, agility, and commercial alignment.

Requirements

* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
* Experience designing and executing enablement strategies aligned to Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation
* Ability to build and scale enablement programs that support cross-sell, pipeline generation, and solution-based selling
* Track record of delivering measurable impact through targeted learning initiatives
* Adept at partnering with Executive and Sales Leadership to align enablement with business priorities
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, and People teams
* Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences
* Experience building structured learning pathways and academies to support sales capability development
* Focus on driving behavioural change and long-term sales effectiveness
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving SaaS environments
* Ability to lead through change, influence stakeholders, and embed new ways of working
