Our Sales Advisor Opportunity: In this Retail Sales Advisor role you will: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs and recommending the most suitable vehicles and additional products Guide customers confidently through every stage of their purchasing journey from initial enquiry and test drive through to vehicle handover Discuss finance options including cash or car loans, negotiate the sale price of the vehicles including possible trade-in values Maximise sales opportunities working towards vehicle sales and profit targets whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction Proactively prospect new and existing customers to maintain your database and encourage repeat business Support the Sales Administrators with accurately processing all documentation relating to vehicle sales including vehicle orders and finance agreements About You: Have a real drive and desire to achieve results and deliver exceptional service Able to build outstanding customer relationships, exceeding their expectations in every element of their buying experience Youre confident, professional and personable You have excellent communication and organisational skills Youre comfortable discussing finance and associated products Confident Excel user A full UK driving licence Automotive industry or vehicle sales experience would be preferable; however, we will consider applicants with a proven sales track record outside of the industry.
