Overview
We are recruiting Immunisation Administrative School Support to support our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in schools and community settings when delivering the Flu Vaccination programme across Greater Manchester.
Responsibilities
* Support nurse‑led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings, including handling telephone calls from parents/carers.
* Communicate with schools and coordinate with team members to collect and transport vaccines/equipment.
* Follow safety measures and undertake risk assessments.
* Travel to schools within the Greater Manchester region.
Qualifications
* Experience in administration, capable of performing general admin duties to a high standard.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dedicated and enthusiastic team player.
* Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
