You’ll need to have:
* Over 10 years’ experience in the Irish property market.
* A recognized degree in property economics or surveying and be a chartered surveyor.
* Completion of “The Compulsory Purchase Professional Development Programme”.
You’ll also have:
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent professional body.
* Substantial experience in project delivery within the metro/rail sector.
* Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
* Commercial and financial acumen.
* Experience leading large, diverse teams.
* Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations influence project outlooks.
