The incoming Partner will be instrumental in expanding the firm’s contentious patent practice — particularly in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, telecoms, and engineering. The current IP team consistently attract high-value IP litigation work with high profile cases at The High Court, IPEC and the UPC. Uniquely, this team handle the majority of cases within their London team, so you’ll be integral to the ongoing success of the department. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your practice, supported by an experienced interdisciplinary IP team (including solicitors, patent attorneys, and barristers) and a powerful disputes infrastructure. Candidate Profile An established Patent Litigation Partner (or Counsel level ready for partnership). Demonstrable experience in managing complex, cross-border patent disputes. A portable practice and/or a track record of developing strong client relationships. Sector expertise in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Electronics or Materials Science would be highly valued.
