Our partner schools in Ware are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to provide vital support to children with SEN. You’ll work either one-to-one or in small groups, helping pupils flourish in a caring and structured environment.

Responsibilities
* Provide support to children with SEN in partner schools in Ware, working either one-to-one or in small groups.
* Help pupils flourish in a caring and structured environment with a focus on inclusion and development.
Working hours
Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (with some flexibility). Weekends free.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
* Valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
* Genuine passion for working with children and young people.
* A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to get involved.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position; in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
