Teaching Assistants – Support Young People in a Specialist College Setting We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a supportive college environment in Poole, working with young people aged 16–25 with a range of learning and physical disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in SEN and personal care who want to make a real difference in students’ lives. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning, assist with daily routines, and support students’ independence.
