What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the main point of contact for site teams, remotely managing maintenance queries and technical issues.
* Taking ownership of all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and fabric works.
* Prioritising the functionality and compliance of life safety systems, such as fire alarms and smoke ventilation.
* Conducting occasional site visits when more complex challenges arise.
* Liaising with contractors and suppliers, ensuring high-quality, timely service and addressing any performance concerns.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience managing building maintenance across multiple, complex sites.
* Strong technical knowledge in M&E and building fabric maintenance.
* Expertise in fire alarm and life safety systems, including current compliance standards and legislation.
* Ability to assess and specify repairs accurately.
* A solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and best practice.
