Job Title: Physics Teacher Location: North West England, Cheshire, Poynton Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours September 2025 - February 2026 (maternity) Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £162 - £251 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative physics lessons to students Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the curriculum Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and examinations Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience in teaching physics at the secondary school level Education: Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field Experience: Proven experience in teaching physics at the UK secondary school level (Must have QTS) Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of physics concepts and principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process Organisational and time management skills Proficiency in using educational technology Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in delivering online or blended learning Working Conditions: The role involves working in a school environment, following the school calendar and timetable.
