Saturday & Sunday | 24 Hours per week | £17.71 per hour | Permanent Role

Hours & Pay
* 24 hours per week on a rotating weekly schedule:
* Week 1 (Nights): Fri 6pm–Sat 6am & Sat 6pm–Sun 6am
* Week 2 (Days): Sat 6am–6pm & Sun 6am–6pm
* £17.71 per hour (£21,438.14 per annum)
* Weekday overtime available (not guaranteed)
The Role
As a Weekend Production Operative, you’ll support the smooth running of the production line — from prepping and processing ingredients to packing finished products. You’ll also complete machine adjustments, quality checks, and essential safety processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery to prepare, process, and pack food products
* Maintain consistent supply of raw materials and packaging to the line
* Complete production records and documentation accurately
* Carry out line adjustments, changeovers, strip downs, and re-assembly
* Perform regular safety checks and ensure hygiene and GMP standards are upheld
* Monitor quality and compliance with product specifications
What You’ll Need
* Experience in the food manufacturing industry
* Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
* Solid literacy and numeracy skills
* FLT licence is a bonus but not essential
