Experienced Customer Service Representative required for a globally operating manufacturing company in South Nottingham on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
Requirements:
* Experience with SAP or similar systems is required.
* Language skills in German, French, or Italian are highly desirable.
Role Responsibilities:
* Support customers, company sites, and internal teams with sales duties such as quotations, order processing, customer inquiries, and data entry into SAP and CRM systems.
* Maintain strong internal relationships to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Handle customer returns and resolve credit/invoice issues with Finance.
Benefits:
* Salary around c£30k annually plus bonus.
* Monday to Friday schedule.
* Hybrid working model (50/50% office/home), with office days on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Qualifications & Experience:
* At least 2 years of B2B sales/customer service experience.
* Proficiency in ERP, CRM (preferably Salesforce), and SAP.
* Knowledge of manufacturing industry and experience in regulated sectors like aerospace or medical is advantageous.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
