Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Northern England. Projects will vary location wise from Manchester across to Newcastle. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. The role also involves managing logistics, expediting processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Strong Project Management skills
* Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management
* Inspection skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Ability to work on-site in the North of England.
* Relevant industry experience and qualifications are beneficial
* Proven track record of working autonomously on projects
