Residential Property Lawyer - Our client, a highly regarded Southeast London/ Kent practice, has asked us to find them a further Residential Property Lawyer, either Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their small but busy team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Exposure to new build transactions and shared ownership schemes is highly desirable.
Candidate Requirements
The firm is looking for a commercially astute Solicitor who can play an integral role within the team and contribute meaningfully to the ongoing success of the practice. The successful candidate will be IT proficient, with solid experience using Case Management Systems and the Land Registry Portal. They should demonstrate the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively, remain calm under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines. A supportive and collaborative approach is essential, along with a willingness to mentor junior team members.
