They’ve built a reputation as an award‑winning, family‑founded retailer with an ambitious digital transformation underway and they’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their collaborative Multichannel Team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging digital marketer to get hands‑on across CRM, email marketing, and broader digital channels within a brand that truly values creativity and innovation.
Your responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, data‑driven email campaigns and CRM journeys that enhance customer retention and engagement.
* Collaborate with creative, trading, and tech teams to ensure high‑quality campaign delivery.
* Support wider digital marketing initiatives, gaining exposure to multiple areas of the digital mix.
* Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities, and contribute fresh ideas to shape digital strategy.
What They’re Looking For
* 1–2 years’ experience in retail or e‑commerce marketing (CRM or digital focus preferred).
* Strong communication, organisational, and project‑management skills.
* Confident using or learning marketing automation tools such as Ometria, DotDigital, or Bloomreach.
* Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and excited to work in a fast‑moving, customer‑centric environment.
