We’re looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our successful residential sales team in Ely. As a Branch Lister, you’ll play a pivotal role in winning new business, listing properties, and delivering exceptional customer service in one of the brand’s most opportunity‑rich areas.
This is the largest area for the brand with over 600 properties available, offering huge potential to grow market share and maximise your earnings.

You’ll be joining a well‑established and supportive team including a Branch Manager, two Negotiators, an Administrator, and a Mortgage Advisor, giving you the tools and support needed to succeed.

Your Role
* Win new instructions and bring properties to market
* Build strong relationships with clients, both face‑to‑face and over the phone
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
* Maximise business opportunities within a high‑potential market
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator preferred
* Proven track record in customer service and sales
* Highly motivated, resilient, and target‑driven
* Strong organisational and numerical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Full UK driving licence
