We’re looking for a new Senior Social Media Executive to join the BEAUTY BAY social team!
As our Senior Social Media Executive, you’ll be the creative force behind our social channels, from ideation to execution. You’ll help build and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube by creating thumb-stopping content, engaging copy, and making data-led decisions. You’ll be the social-first storyteller, always on top of what’s trending and ready to react in real-time.
Responsibilities
1. Content Creation - Film, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging content across all channels, especially short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). Whilst also up for being on camera for employee generated content pieces.
2. Channel Management: Own the day-to-day management and growth of our Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube channels.
3. Trend Spotting & Disruptive storytelling: Stay ahead of trends in beauty, pop culture, and social media to keep our content fresh, relevant, and reactive.
4. Copywriting: Write compelling captions and social copy that reflects our brand tone and voice, whilst tailoring to each social channel based on target audience.
