Office Administrator
We are seeking an Office Administrator to provide secretarial and administrative support to both internal and external clients, ensuring the smooth running of the offices across Sussex and Kent. You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be acting as a key point of contact.
The role is based fully onsite at our Canterbury office, working Monday to Friday (8.30am till 5pm).
Responsibilities:
·Typing and filing of letters to clients in accordance with the Firm’s procedures
·Ensuring engagement letters are generated and sent to clients via the portal if requested
·Working on merge projects i.e. Tax info requests / P11D
·Printing bill and sending to clients
·Assisting with Land Registry searches
·Providing reception/receptionist duties cover
·Completing new client forms
·Assisting with proposals for new clients
·Assisting with organizing events as requested
·Admin tasks as required
Key Skills and Attributes:
·Can do attitude

·Excellent attention to detail
·Strong organisational and communication skills
·Ideally some administration experience
·Experience using Microsoft office
