Assistant Case Handler

As our clients continue to grow, we are seeking to recruit a skilled and motivated Assistant Case Handlers to join the team.
This role requires at least one years experience as an Assistant Case Handler or work experience in a similar role.
Role Description:
To provide administrative assistance to the Case Handler and guidance to the Property Administrator. This will include a wide range of duties some of which are detailed below.
Responsibilities include:
Dealing with client queries and questions as quickly as possible.
Updating Clients and agents regularly and promptly.
Issuing draft contract documents maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requesting Redemption Statements and compiling draft completion statements.
Chasing and satisfying enquiries on Freehold and Leasehold sale transactions.
Liaise with 3rd parties such as management companies and local authorities.
Assisting with purchase files where required. Chasing replies to enquiries etc.
Liaise with clients and other conveyancers to facilitate exchange of contracts.
Deal with completion administration.
Compiling accurate accounts packs for completion.
