Job Title: IT Project Administrator / Coordinator
Location: Office based - Billericay / Essex. (Hybrid - working from Home 2/3 days per week)
Must be willing to travel to various Care Homes as required to support Projects during rollout phases.
THIS ROLE IS INITIALLY A 18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT (FTC) - with a new to a possiblke permanent role post that period.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented IT Project Administrator / Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery within our organisation.
Working closely with Head of PMO, Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
3. Ensure project documentation is up to date and properly organised.
4. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Identify and address project issues, escalating them as necessary to ensure resolution.
