We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our professional team, specialising in Engineering and Industrial placements across an A–Z desk. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven recruiter looking to advance their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.
The Role
* End-to-end management of the recruitment process
* Developing and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
* Delivering consistent results through proactive business development
* Driving growth within the Engineering and Industrial sectors
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience (Engineering/Industrial preferred)
* Demonstrable track record of consistent billings
* Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated and target-driven
* Sales focused and target driven.
Package & Benefits
* Competitive salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE

* Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm working hours
