Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Teaching & Learning: Deliver well-structured, engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
* Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and implementing interventions where necessary.
* Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting high standards of behaviour and respect.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Maths department and wider school team to share best practices and resources.

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
* Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
