Overview
We're looking for a new Research Associate or Junior Recruitment Consultant based in or around Horsham, West Sussex, to join an industry-leading financial services recruitment team. This team is responsible for recruiting investment professionals for some of the world's leading investment management companies across Europe and the Americas. You'll be working closely with one of the partners of this business.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify candidate talent for client mandates using LinkedIn and our database to attract relevant candidates
* Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, job opportunities, and company intel
* Perform candidate and company mapping using LinkedIn and other tech tools
* Ensure seamless functioning and maintenance of recruitment systems and databases
* Verify data accuracy, organise records, and uphold data integrity standards
* Engage with candidates to generate interest in available roles
* You will also perform some admin support tasks for the team
* You will work on special projects with one of the partners
Who Are You?
* A strong communicator with exceptional organisational skills
* Innovative, curious, and highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
* Willing to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn
* Ideally someone who has customer service/customer-facing/sales experience
* Education: a minimum of A-Levels
* Live in or near Horsham and are happy to work from the office full-time
