We have an exciting role on offer within our Policy, Governance and Information service as a Complaints and Subject Access Request Officer.

In this customer-facing role, you will work as part of a team to triage and process complaints, compliments, comments, and Children’s Services Subject Access Requests with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency to meet statutory deadlines.
The post holder will need to have: -
* Relevant experience in handling complaints/customer feedback and/or Subject Access Requests.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for delivering positive outcomes.
