Working Pattern:
* Week 1: Monday to Thursday, Saturday 07:30-15:30
* Week 2: Sunday 08:00-16:00, Tuesday to Friday 10:00-18:00
Purpose
* Deliver a great shopping experience, prioritizing customers over tasks
* Champion new ways of working with an open mindset and positive attitude
* Complete tasks to meet ‘best in town’ standards
* Serve and sell across all channels effectively
* Act as the voice of the customer to facilitate continuous improvement
Key Accountabilities
* Dress and style mannequins to standard for launches and seasonal updates
* Implement seasonal window displays
* Maintain presentation standards, VM principles, store cleanliness, and availability
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure correct POS implementation each season
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Utilize digital tools and communication channels effectively
* Share customer and colleague feedback for continuous improvement
* Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and building skills
* Own personal learning and development through digital resources
* Know daily sales targets, priorities, and promotions
* Have strong product knowledge to sell and recommend products
* Engage proactively with customers to understand needs and make recommendations
* Understand store priorities and individual role in achieving them
* Complete tasks efficiently following SOPs
* Minimize costs and waste through good practices
* Follow safe and legal working practices

* Proficient in digital tools and applications
