We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Customer Account Manager to join our growing waste management team. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience within the waste, recycling, skip hire, or environmental services industry who understands the importance of customer relationships, service delivery, pricing, and margin management. You will be responsible for managing both new and existing customer accounts, converting enquiries into profitable business, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
