About the job
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for front-line customer interaction, advice, and order processing. You should demonstrate good communication skills, initiative, and a strong customer focus. You will work in close collaboration with your team colleagues, Sales, Business Partners, and Operations colleagues. Your tasks include receiving customer orders and entering them into the Oracle system, as well as handling all customer-related requests such as shipment requests and complaints.

Office based role in Runcorn
Tasks
Essential Functions
* Assist customer service sites and offices, liaising with all business functions
* Ensure that customer requirements and needs are met within response times
* Manage day-to-day operations of the Customer Experience Department
* Process customer quotations and orders accurately within agreed timescales, terms, and conditions
* Handle fault finding and create Service Reports
* Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, minimize complaints, and actively deliver solutions
* Properly handle and report customer complaints following escalation procedures
* Complete departmental administration and order management as required
* Assist customers with general product portfolio queries
Requirements
Education and Experience
* Experience working in a customer service environment
* Proficiency in PC/notebook handling (Microsoft Office applications, ideally Oracle)
* Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
* Excellent communication skills, able to operate at all levels within both own and customer organizations
