Role
An opportunity has arisen for 2 Supervisors E&P to join Major Projects initially working on the Southern Integrated Delivery project.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for all staff under your control including sub-contract staff
* Complete all required documentation and submit in a timely manner
* Organise, undertake and manage all aspects of E&P work
* Produce detailed materials quantities from design drawings, place orders and control stock levels
* Review design drawings, validate information on site and provide feedback affecting installation/compliance
* Undertake site visits and act on outcomes
* Manage client site visits
* Maintain records of work undertaken
* Document any risk assessments required and brief staff
* Manage/request resources as required and ensure all booked resources are utilized effectively
* Attend and lead team/safety briefs
Qualifications
* Comprehensive understanding of electrical standards and permanent way renewal techniques, including interfaces between disciplines
* Experience of managing a team and labour management
* Core training requirement: Coss, Cable Jointing/Small tools, Points heating installation/disconnection
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
* Full UK driver’s licence
